Marketing Specialist
Our online personalized stationery company is seeking a marketing specialist to work directly with our team of designers to bring marketing solutions to our growing company. This marking specialist would design marketing growth strategies, conceptualize marketing campaigns according to our target audiences, and implement customer engagement analysis. The individual would be comfortable executing, optimizing and reporting on the performance of the marketing plan, as well as working with our design team in a cohesive and collaborative way.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage multiple marketing campaigns inclusive of strategy, positioning, campaign timing and go-to-market execution
- Ensure all day-to-day campaign elements are activated and align with overarching campaign goals
- Design and continuously evolve a social media strategy, curating compelling organic content, reaching target audience engagement to increase conversion
- Capture and analyze market trend data to endure a clear understanding of customer expectations, competitive threats, finding opportunities for differentiation and strategies to improve sales
- Seek out strategic partners for collaborations to generate brand awareness and extend the reach to the target customers
- Negotiate and prepare influencer agreements for content production and activations
- Report on influencer activities including earned media value content creation, influencer reach, and engagement
- Report weekly on the status of deliverables, identifying roadblocks and recommending strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing
- 5+ years in marketing experience
- A creative thinker that can own projects from concept to completion
- Highly organized, with experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Proven effective leader of creative teams
- Extensive experience managing vendors, agencies & creative high performers
- Extensive experience developing creative that can be applied in a variety of mediums – video, digital, stories, marketing collateral, event themes, and media campaigns
- Experience working with Adobe’s Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator as well as Keynote and PowerPoint
- Storytelling and communications skills. Being able to bring an idea to life from a white board through creative execution
